Damaris has six years of experience as a registered nurse, primarily specializing in mental health and demonstrating a steadfast commitment to harm reduction. Her enthusiasm revolves around collaborative teamwork, aimed at empowering individuals within a secure and supportive environment. Damaris has harboured a deep interest in the field of medical aesthetics. She eagerly anticipates one-on-one interactions with the individuals she serves, relishing the opportunity to discern how she can provide them with the most effective support. This role seamlessly integrates elements of mental health, education, and the chance to forge meaningful connections with people, all of which hold a paramount place in her professional practice.

Nïsse believes the greatest thing to give one another is compassion. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an Advanced Major, Nïsse graduated from St FX University with distinctions. The next ten years Nïsse spent at the bedside in pediatrics, specializing in cardiology, gastroenterology, and respiratory. Whether it’s putting meticulous details into a surgical dressing, or exploring social barriers to health, Nïsse loves educating and empowering her patients and their families. Her warmth and willingness to connect has created enduring professional relationships. Nïsse completed her Aesthetic Nurse Certification in 2021 and The Collective Clinic Mentorship in 2023. As your aesthetic nurse injector, Nïsse creates a collaborative and compassionate experience. Her dedication to continuous learning ensures her skills are current, safe, and within scope. Nïsse’s treatment room is a safe space where your aesthetics goals can be the first step to meeting other personal goals and dreams. When she’s not at work you can find Nïsse in pursuit of a new cooking ingredient, squeezing in fitness du jour, or performing a long repertoire of song and dance for her two lovingly obliging children.

Thomas Chin RN, BN | aesthetic injector

It takes a lot dedication, hard work, and the utmost passion to become highly regarded in one's craft - this being truly reflective of Thomas and his abilities as an aesthetic injector and educator. Over the past 11 years and counting, Thomas has honed his technical skills with injecting and developed an intimate knowledge of facial anatomy. This has allowed him to work closely with patients to ensure that the most beautiful, appropriate, and safe results are always achieved. Thomas tailors his approach to each specific individual as he understands everyone's goals and standards of beauty are different. When not in clinic, Thomas routinely attends international training sessions and educational meetings. He has a strong belief in constant growth and always strives to deliver the very best to all his patients. Thomas owes a great debt of gratitude to his late mentor and one of Canada’s most esteemed Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Jonathan Lee, for where he is today.

With a strong belief in being your own kind of beautiful, Tracey creates bespoke treatments for each individual client. Her expertise in facial aesthetics paired with her gentlest touch with injections has made her a highly sought-after practitioner. With her calm and kind nature, patients always feel comfortable and at home when visiting The Collective Clinic. She has a non-judgemental approach and always takes her time to understand her patients in order to achieve optimal results. Tracey is also honest with her recommendations and has an educative approach for her patients to feel comfortable and well-informed. With her passion in medicine and art, and Medical Aesthetics being the perfect marriage of the two, Tracey has truly found her calling.

KIRSTYN STREUKENS | MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Kirstyn is our Lead Medical Aesthetician. She is a skilled skin care expert with a passion for enhancing the natural beauty and confidence of her clients. Kirstyn offers personalized, result-driven care and places skin health at the center of her treatments. Her expertise in procedures and commitment to excellence will make her an essential element in your journey to radiant skin. Before completing her Diploma in Clinical Aesthetics, Kirstyn received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Calgary and worked in marketing and event management for many years. However, her love for aesthetics & self care led her to pursue her passion - helping people feel confident in their own skin. When Kirstyn isn't in clinic you can find her listening to country music on a walk with her French Bulldog Cooper, or cuddled up with him binge watching shows (with a face mask on).

VICKY TRAN | REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Emanating positivity with a passionate touch, Vicky is a Massage Therapist with 5+ years of experience in the field. After graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2018, Vicky has since remained in good standing with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association. In a short time after graduating from the program, Vicky soon discovered a love for skin health. Already versed with a solid commitment to holistic healing and client satisfaction, Vicky specializes in various massage techniques. Including but not limited to; Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Cupping and Buccal/Facial Massage. Driven by a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Vicky specially tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs & preferences of every & all clients.

Vicky's massage technique is intentional, firm/deep yet relaxing. Through compassionate touch and intuitive healing, she creates a warm, safe and nurturing environment where clients can simply unwind, rejuvenate and experience the healing powers of massage therapy. With an immense and infinite passion for skin health, Zoey started her career several years ago with a diploma in Medical Aesthetics. Spending much of her time in the industry as a Skin Therapist and a Laser Technician, Zoey is able to create and help with personalized treatment plans that are unique to you. Over the years, Zoey has managed numerous clinics. Throughout her transition between clinics, Zoey has gained a myriad of experience with a focus on aesthetics along with the surgical community. Administratively inclined, Zoey will always be around to provide professional information, advice, or simply be a listening ear. Zoey is consistently planning continuing education for The Collective Clinic team and adores the fact that the Medical Aesthetics industry is perpetually changing, growing, and improving. Her biggest motivations lie in reminding you of, and rediscovering your confidence from the inside out.

AMANDA DELOS REYES | MARKETING DIRECTOR

Amanda is a quiet force in the world of creativity and entrepreneurship. She has a deep love for brand and web design, as well as calligraphy. Her journey spans over a decade, starting with a successful jewelry business before evolving into her Web & Brand Design Agency, where she specializes in the health, wellness, and beauty industry. Amanda's background in Marketing, including eight years as an executive assistant, laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial path. Her personal experience with pustular acne ignited a genuine interest in skincare, offering solace to those who share her journey. Amanda's story is a testament to the power of passion and determination, gently encouraging others to pursue their own dreams and lead with joy!
