  • Our Membership Program is designed to provide you with exclusive benefits, rewards, and savings on our services and retail products. Choose from three membership tiers—Monthly, Quarterly, or Semi-Annual—to enjoy perks like reward credits, discounts, and complimentary services.

  • Reward credits are issued based on your membership tier and can be used toward any of our services or retail products. Credits are valid for 1 year from the initial subscription date. Unused credits will remain on your account as long as they haven’t expired.

  • The 10% discount applies to all services and retail products. When applicable, a greater discount on packages will be applied. The 10% discount cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Monthly memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment.

    Quarterly memberships have a 4 month minimum commitment (or 2 billing cycles).

    Semi-annual have a 6 month commitment.

    if you need to cancel within this time frame you will be subjected to a $100 cancellation fee.

    After this period, you may cancel your membership, but no refunds will be provided for unused credits. Credits will remain on your account for 1 year from the initial subscription date.

  • Quarterly members receive 1x Complimentary Custom Facial each year and 1x Complimentary facial add-on. Semi-Annual members receive 1x Complimentary Custom Facial every 6 months and complimentary facial add-ons with each visit. These services are exclusive to members and cannot be transferred or rolled over.

  • You can sign up for The Collective Clinic Membership Program by visiting our clinic or contacting us directly. Our team will be happy to help you choose the best membership option for your needs.

    When you visit the clinic for the first time after subscribing to our membership program, you will be presented with a Membership Contract.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier. Please contact us, and we’ll help adjust your plan to suit your needs.
